Maple Creme is 100% pure maple syrup. We take a small batch of Moore's Pure Maple Syrup, boil it to a high temperature, cool in a water bath and then stir. Maple Creme is perfect on toast, waffles, muffins, crackers, biscuits, bagels or eaten right off a spoon.
